Estimated processing times will be provided on the product page, during checkout, or through direct communication for custom orders.
Custom orders may not begin until all design details are confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Shipping Locations
SP Wood Art LLC currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with an international shipping address may be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, destination, packaging needs, and carrier rates.
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout or included in your invoice before payment is completed.
Some items may require special packaging or handling, which may result in additional shipping or handling charges.

Large Items and Local Delivery
Large items, including but not limited to desks, tables, furniture, oversized wood art, and other heavy or specialty pieces, are available for local delivery only.
Large items may not be eligible for standard shipping.

Local pickup is not available at this time.

Local delivery may include additional costs depending on:

Any local delivery fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the order is finalized.
Customers are responsible for making sure the item will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, and the final placement area. SP Wood Art LLC and its owners, officers, employees, or representatives are not responsible for installation of purchased products or for any damage caused during installation by the customer or any third party.
Drop-off details must be arranged in advance. Customers are responsible for being available during the agreed date, time, and location once local delivery has been arranged.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
SP Wood Art LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:

SP Wood Art LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will do our best to help with the carrier claim process when possible.
Damaged Packages
We carefully package each item to help protect it during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please do not throw away the packaging until the issue is resolved, because the shipping carrier may require it for a claim.
After reviewing the information, SP Wood Art LLC may offer a repair, replacement, refund, partial refund, or help with a shipping claim, depending on the situation.
Order Changes After Shipping
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address, shipping method, or delivery instructions.
