At SP Wood Art LLC, each piece is made with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade and may include natural wood variations, we want customers to understand our return policy before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, or alterations

  • Returned in its original packaging, when possible

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or specially requested pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there was an error on our part.

This includes items made with custom sizing, names, logos, dates, designs, colors, finishes, or other personalized details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Natural Wood Variations

Wood is a natural material, so color, grain pattern, knots, texture, and finish may vary from piece to piece. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the character of handmade wood art.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on the item and current inventory. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started or the item has not shipped.

Custom and made-to-order items may not be canceled once work has begun.
