2. Orders and Custom Work
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Custom orders may require discussion, design approval, deposits, or full payment before work begins.
For custom pieces, customers are responsible for reviewing all details before approval, including size, design, spelling, colors, finish, materials, and other requested features.
Once a custom order is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible or may require additional charges.
3. Payments
Payment must be made through the accepted payment methods listed on our website or invoice. Orders may not begin or ship until payment requirements are met.
SP Wood Art LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, material availability, suspected fraud, or other business reasons.
4. Pricing

Custom pricing depends on size, materials, complexity, design time, finish, and other project details.
5. Turnaround Times
Estimated completion or delivery times are not guaranteed. Handmade and custom work may be affected by material availability, workload, weather, curing/drying time, shipping delays, or other unexpected issues.
SP Wood Art LLC will make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs, delivery options, and estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or by invoice.
Once an item is delivered to the shipping carrier, SP Wood Art LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must contact SP Wood Art LLC within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item along with any other related information.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because many SP Wood Art LLC products are handmade or custom-made, or personalized, returns may be limited.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable once approved and production has started.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 30 days if they are unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SP Wood Art LLC.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Product Care

10. Customer-Provided Designs
If you provide a logo, image, name, phrase, artwork, or design for a custom order or personalization, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it.
SP Wood Art LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or ownership issues related to customer-provided materials.
11. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to hack it, copy content, interfere with its operation, or use it for illegal or harmful purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability
